Muhammad Law Center v. the FBI: A Black Man Was Falsely Arrested and Jailed. We Are Taking the Bureau to Court Under Bivens.

“Ain’t nobody afraid of the FBI. This is a new day.”

Malcolm X, 1964

The Bureau and Black men

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has a long record of persecuting Black people, and especially Black men.

For decades the Bureau surveilled Black leaders, planted informants inside Black organizations, and ran formal programs whose stated purpose was to discredit, disrupt, and neutralize Black political life. It wiretapped ministers. It wrote anonymous letters meant to drive a man to take his own life. It shared the floor plan of a Chicago apartment with local police hours before they shot a 21-year-old leader dead in his bed. These are not accusations. They are findings of the United States Senate and admissions in the Bureau's own files.

The programs were officially closed. The posture was not. Today the Bureau works through joint task forces that pair federal agents with local officers, and the people on the receiving end look very much like the people who were on the receiving end fifty years ago. A Black man is flagged. A bulletin goes out. Officers who have been told there is no basis to arrest him arrest him anyway, and a report is written to cover it. When the case is thrown out, no one is disciplined and no one apologizes. The man is simply expected to be grateful it was not worse. The most recent man is Kendrick Robinson.

The most recent case: Kendrick Robinson

CHICAGO, October 24, 2026: Kendrick Robinson is the latest Black man to be targeted by the FBI. He was falsely arrested and jailed on a charge that did not survive a courtroom. Muhammad Law Center announces that it is representing him in a federal civil rights lawsuit against the FBI task force officer who seized him and the local police who worked alongside that officer. The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Robinson was doing nothing more than going about his day in the south suburbs of Chicago when federal and local officers descended on him. They had no probable cause to arrest him. Their own paperwork said so. They seized him anyway, searched him anyway, and had him charged with a crime he did not commit. He spent more than three months in jail for a crime he did not commit. He was put through a criminal prosecution. He lost time, money, and the freedom to move through the world without looking over his shoulder.

Then the case fell apart. A judge reviewed what the officers claimed against what actually happened and threw the evidence out. The charges were dismissed. The government has never explained why it did this to him. This lawsuit will make it explain.

“We do not see this as an isolated incident, and we do not see it as an accident,” said Hakeem Muhammad, founder of Muhammad Law Center. “Mr. Robinson was not flagged, followed, stopped, and arrested because of anything he did. He was treated the way Black men have been treated by this agency for as long as it has existed: as a suspect first, a citizen second, and a person last.”

Mr. Robinson is not grateful. He is suing.

The Bureau's defense

The federal officer has argued that no one can sue him for it at all. The position of the United States government is that a federal agent who seizes a Black man without cause, searches him, and has him jailed for months on a false report is beyond the reach of the courts.

Muhammad Law Center has filed its response. The law has recognized a remedy against federal agents who search and arrest a man without probable cause since 1971. That is precisely this case. The Center will not accept that a federal badge places its wearer above the Constitution.

“Bivens is the Supreme Court's answer to a simple question: what happens when a federal agent violates the Constitution and Congress has not passed a statute saying you can sue him?” said Attorney Hakeem Muhammad. “In 1971, the Court said the Constitution itself is enough. Federal narcotics agents had broken into a man's home, searched it, and arrested him without a warrant and without probable cause, and the Court held he could sue them for damages directly under the Fourth Amendment. That is the case we are standing on. The government wants to call Mr. Robinson's arrest something new so the courts will look away. It is not new. It is Bivens with a different badge.”

When you log into Bet On Red, the first thing that greets you is a vibrant display of action‑packed titles that promise instant gratification. The platform is built for players who crave rapid wins and tight session windows—those who prefer a burst of adrenaline over marathon play.

The interface is streamlined: a top‑tier menu folds neatly into a mobile‑friendly layout, instantly revealing the most popular slots, live tables, and quick‑bet options. The speed of navigation is crucial for those who want to hop straight into a game without the friction of endless loading screens.

For short, high‑intensity sessions, the site’s design reduces lag and places the most engaging games at the forefront. Each title is accompanied by a brief description and a “Play Now” button that launches the game in one click.

  • Responsive design that adapts to any screen size
  • Pre‑loaded game thumbnails for instant visual appeal
  • One‑click spin on slots or immediate entry into live tables

2. A Curated Array of Rapid‑Outcome Slots

The slot library at Bet On Red is a massive collection of over six thousand titles from more than ninety developers. For the quick‑play enthusiast, the standout categories are Megaways, Jackpots, and Bonus Buys—games engineered for rapid payouts and high volatility.

Gamers often start with a Megaways slot like Dragon Blaze Megaways, where each spin triggers a fresh set of symbols and potential bonus triggers. The “Bonus Buy” feature lets players purchase instant access to the bonus round, cutting down waiting time and boosting the thrill.

Typical decision points revolve around three key variables: bet size, volatility preference, and bonus trigger probability. In the span of minutes, a player can alternate between a low‑stake strategy for consistency and a high‑stake gamble for big wins.

  • Low volatility slots for steady play (e.g., Fruit Fiesta)
  • High volatility Megaways for explosive payouts (e.g., Giant Gears)
  • Bonus Buy options for instant excitement (e.g., Glittering Gems)

3. Live Casino: Lightning Fast Rounds

Live dealer games are another cornerstone of short bursts of action. Bet On Red hosts a selection of live tables like Crazy Time, Power Up Roulette, and Power Blackjack—all designed to keep players engaged without long waiting periods.

The live stream quality is crisp, and dealer interactions are kept brisk to maintain momentum. For instance, in Crazy Time, the game progresses from one wheel spin to the next in under a minute, ensuring that even a single session can deliver multiple mini‑wins.

Players generally approach live tables by setting a quick stop‑loss or target before they start. This strategy keeps them from overcommitting while still allowing for the excitement of real‑time betting.

  1. Set a session goal (e.g., win €50 or lose €20)
  2. Place bets in increments that allow rapid adjustment (e.g., €5–€10 per bet)
  3. Use the quick‑bet feature to place multiple wagers in rapid succession

4. Table Games That Go Fast

Beyond slots and live action, Bet On Red offers classic table games like Double Double Bonus Poker and American Blackjack. These titles are optimized for speed: betting rounds are brief, and the dealer’s decision times are minimized.

Players who favor short sessions often choose American Blackjack due to its simple rules and fast-paced rounds. Each round typically resolves within a few seconds from bet placement to payout.

The excitement lies in making split decisions—whether to hit or stand—within a split second while keeping an eye on the dealer’s upcard. The risk tolerance in these sessions is moderate; players push their limits only when they feel confident in their strategy.

  • Simplified betting limits (e.g., €5–€50) for quick play
  • Instant reshuffling after each round
  • Real‑time dealer commentary to maintain engagement

5. Mobile Optimisation for On‑The‑Go Thrills

Bet On Red’s mobile experience is essential for gamers who prefer playing between meetings or during commutes. The platform’s responsive design ensures that every element—from navigation menus to game thumbnails—fits comfortably on small screens.

The dedicated Android app offers a streamlined interface with fewer loading delays than the web version. For iOS users, the web platform remains fully functional but may lack some native optimisations.

A typical mobile session involves opening the app, selecting a favourite slot or live table via a quick‑tap, and spinning or betting until the desired outcome is reached or time runs out.

  1. Open the app or mobile site quickly from your home screen
  2. Select a game from the “Quick Play” section
  3. Place bets using pre‑set bet levels for speed
  4. Use the auto‑spin feature on slots for continuous action

6. Rapid Deposits and Instant Withdrawals

The payment ecosystem at Bet On Red supports an array of options suitable for fast‑paced players: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, PayPal alternatives like MiFinity and AstroPay, as well as cryptocurrencies such as BTC and ETH.

Deposits are processed instantly—most methods trigger an immediate credit on your account—allowing you to dive back into gameplay almost immediately after topping up.

Withdrawals are also streamlined: minimums are modest (€50), and crypto withdrawals eliminate intermediate processing steps that can delay traditional banking methods.

  • Instant credit across most payment methods
  • Crypto withdrawals processed within minutes
  • Low minimum deposit ensures quick entry into games

7. Loyalty Rewards Designed for Quick Wins

The loyalty programme at Bet On Red features sixteen tiers that reward frequent play with bonuses and cashback. For short sessions, the most relevant perk is the weekly cashback offer—up to 25% on losses—providing a safety net that encourages rapid betting without fear of large losses.

Players often accumulate loyalty points by placing small bets across multiple games within a single session. These points can be redeemed for free spins or small bonuses that feed back into their next short session.

The program’s structure keeps players engaged: each tier unlocks new rewards without requiring long-term commitments.

8. Decision Timing: The Core of Short Sessions

A hallmark of quick play is precise timing when placing bets or spinning wheels. Players typically decide within seconds whether to increase their stake or pull back after a big win or loss.

This timing is influenced by recent outcomes—a win can prompt a “win‑streak” mentality that encourages higher bets, while a loss may trigger an immediate pause or risk‑averse adjustment.

The platform’s interface supports this through real‑time updates: an on‑screen counter tracks your current balance and recent wins/losses so you can make fluid decisions without navigating away.

9. Risk Management in High‑Intensity Play

The risk tolerance in these short bursts is generally moderate to high: players are willing to gamble larger stakes when they feel lucky but also set strict stop limits before the session starts.

A common strategy involves allocating a fixed amount—say €50—for a single session and deciding beforehand how much you’re willing to lose before taking a break.

This disciplined approach ensures that even when adrenaline peaks during rapid rounds, your overall bankroll remains intact.

10. Quick Session Architecture: From Login to Logout

A typical session begins with logging in via Bet On Red’s fast authentication portal—no long forms or verification steps needed if you already have an account.

You then navigate straight to your favourite quick‑play section (slots or live tables), place your first bet within seconds, and let the game run its course while you keep an eye on your balance in real time.

If you hit a big win or reach your predetermined stop target, you log out immediately—no lingering aftereffects or extended downtime.
