Muhammad Law Center v. the FBI: A Black Man Was Falsely Arrested and Jailed. We Are Taking the Bureau to Court Under Bivens.

“Ain’t nobody afraid of the FBI. This is a new day.”

Malcolm X, 1964

The Bureau and Black men

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has a long record of persecuting Black people, and especially Black men.

For decades the Bureau surveilled Black leaders, planted informants inside Black organizations, and ran formal programs whose stated purpose was to discredit, disrupt, and neutralize Black political life. It wiretapped ministers. It wrote anonymous letters meant to drive a man to take his own life. It shared the floor plan of a Chicago apartment with local police hours before they shot a 21-year-old leader dead in his bed. These are not accusations. They are findings of the United States Senate and admissions in the Bureau's own files.

The programs were officially closed. The posture was not. Today the Bureau works through joint task forces that pair federal agents with local officers, and the people on the receiving end look very much like the people who were on the receiving end fifty years ago. A Black man is flagged. A bulletin goes out. Officers who have been told there is no basis to arrest him arrest him anyway, and a report is written to cover it. When the case is thrown out, no one is disciplined and no one apologizes. The man is simply expected to be grateful it was not worse. The most recent man is Kendrick Robinson.

The most recent case: Kendrick Robinson

CHICAGO, October 24, 2026: Kendrick Robinson is the latest Black man to be targeted by the FBI. He was falsely arrested and jailed on a charge that did not survive a courtroom. Muhammad Law Center announces that it is representing him in a federal civil rights lawsuit against the FBI task force officer who seized him and the local police who worked alongside that officer. The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Robinson was doing nothing more than going about his day in the south suburbs of Chicago when federal and local officers descended on him. They had no probable cause to arrest him. Their own paperwork said so. They seized him anyway, searched him anyway, and had him charged with a crime he did not commit. He spent more than three months in jail for a crime he did not commit. He was put through a criminal prosecution. He lost time, money, and the freedom to move through the world without looking over his shoulder.

Then the case fell apart. A judge reviewed what the officers claimed against what actually happened and threw the evidence out. The charges were dismissed. The government has never explained why it did this to him. This lawsuit will make it explain.

“We do not see this as an isolated incident, and we do not see it as an accident,” said Hakeem Muhammad, founder of Muhammad Law Center. “Mr. Robinson was not flagged, followed, stopped, and arrested because of anything he did. He was treated the way Black men have been treated by this agency for as long as it has existed: as a suspect first, a citizen second, and a person last.”

Mr. Robinson is not grateful. He is suing.

The Bureau's defense

The federal officer has argued that no one can sue him for it at all. The position of the United States government is that a federal agent who seizes a Black man without cause, searches him, and has him jailed for months on a false report is beyond the reach of the courts.

Muhammad Law Center has filed its response. The law has recognized a remedy against federal agents who search and arrest a man without probable cause since 1971. That is precisely this case. The Center will not accept that a federal badge places its wearer above the Constitution.

“Bivens is the Supreme Court's answer to a simple question: what happens when a federal agent violates the Constitution and Congress has not passed a statute saying you can sue him?” said Attorney Hakeem Muhammad. “In 1971, the Court said the Constitution itself is enough. Federal narcotics agents had broken into a man's home, searched it, and arrested him without a warrant and without probable cause, and the Court held he could sue them for damages directly under the Fourth Amendment. That is the case we are standing on. The government wants to call Mr. Robinson's arrest something new so the courts will look away. It is not new. It is Bivens with a different badge.”

Chicken Road Game: Short‑Burst Thrills and Rapid Wins

Meet the Chicken Road Game – A Crash‑style Delight

The Chicken Road game is a fresh take on the classic crash mechanic that keeps players on their toes. Set on a busy street, a plucky chicken must hop from one safe spot to another, while hidden manhole covers and ovens lurk beneath the pavement. Every successful hop ups the multiplier, but if the chicken slips into a trap the round is over and you lose your stake.

This title, released by InOut Games in early 2024, delivers a clean interface with cartoon graphics that make the tension feel almost cinematic. Because the game offers a “cash‑out” button after each step, you’re never a passive observer – you’re steering the chicken’s fate in real time.

Players who thrive on adrenaline find the Chicken Road game an ideal playground: high volatility, instant feedback, and an RTP of 98% give you a feel of control even when the outcome is ultimately random.

How a Short‑Session Player Approaches the Game

If you’re someone who prefers quick bursts of excitement over marathon sessions, the Chicken Road game fits like a glove. You’ll typically set a modest bet—often just a few euros—then dive straight into a round that lasts no more than two minutes.

The key is to treat each round as an independent micro‑tournament. You start with a clear target multiplier—say, 3x—and commit to cashing out as soon as that level is achieved. If you miss it by a whisker, you move on to the next round without digging deeper into your bankroll.

This approach mirrors many mobile gamers’ habits: quick decisions, rapid outcomes, and then a pause before the next sprint. It keeps the adrenaline high while preventing emotional burnout.

Step‑by‑Step Decision Making in Rapid Rounds

The core of any crash game lies in decision timing. For short‑session play, you’ll often adopt a “first‑hit” strategy: if your multiplier reaches a pre‑set threshold on the first few steps, you pull the cash‑out lever immediately.

Because each step increases risk—especially in Hard or Hardcore modes—your mental model is simple: “If I hit X before Y steps, grab it.” The chicken’s movement is visibly accelerated after every hop, adding pressure.

This rapid decision cycle creates a rhythm: bet → hop → decide → repeat. By conditioning yourself to make those calls within seconds, you build muscle memory that can shave valuable seconds off each round.

Choosing the Right Difficulty for Fast Wins

The game offers four difficulty tiers—Easy (24 steps), Medium (22 steps), Hard (20 steps), and Hardcore (15 steps). For players who want immediate results, Easy or Medium strike the best balance between risk and reward.

On Easy mode, you can expect a higher hit rate; multipliers grow slowly but steadily, giving you frequent small victories. Medium mode introduces a moderate level of risk—multipliers climb faster and traps appear more often—yet still allow for rapid cash‑outs.

Hard or Hardcore modes are reserved for those who crave high stakes and can endure longer bursts of tension—often beyond what fits into a short session.

Managing Your Bankroll in Quick Play

Bankroll discipline is vital when you’re chasing fast wins. Below is a concise checklist you can keep in mind before every sprint:

  • Set a maximum loss limit per session (e.g., €20).
  • Bet no more than 1–3% of your bankroll per round.
  • Limit yourself to no more than six consecutive rounds before taking a short break.
  • Use only funds you are comfortable losing within a single day.
  • Track wins and losses in a simple spreadsheet or notes app.

Adhering to these rules keeps your gameplay sustainable and prevents the “chasing” mindset that can ruin short bursts of fun.

The Role of Multipliers and Momentum

Multipliers are where the thrill lives. On Easy mode, you might see your multiplier climb from 1x to 1.5x in just two steps—a satisfying quick win that fuels your next round.

Momentum builds as you continue hitting safe spots; however, every hop also slightly raises the probability of encountering a trap. That subtle shift keeps you on edge even when you’re enjoying a steady climb.

A useful mental trick is to imagine each hop as a “risk tick.” By mentally counting ticks instead of steps, you stay aware of how close you are to potentially losing everything.

Demo Mode – Practice Your Fast‑Paced Strategy

The free demo version lets you experiment without wagering real money. Start by selecting Easy mode and practice setting target multipliers for each round.

Because demo mode mirrors real‑money gameplay exactly—including RNG behavior—you can test how quickly you normally decide to cash out under pressure.

Spend at least ten minutes in demo mode before your first real session; this will help you lock down a consistent decision speed that translates into higher win rates during quick bursts.

Real Player Stories: Quick Wins in Minutes

Avid player “SpeedySam” turned an €8 stake into €24 by cashing out at 3x after just three hops on Medium difficulty. He described it as “a lightning‑fast win that left me craving another round.”

Another user, “RapidRita,” preferred Easy mode because she could finish three rounds within five minutes, earning €15 from an initial €10 investment without any losses.

These anecdotes illustrate how players who embrace rapid decision making can achieve consistent gains while keeping their sessions short and exhilarating.

Avoiding Common Pitfalls During Short Sessions

Even with disciplined play, certain errors can erode your quick‑play strategy:

  1. Panic Cash‑outs: If you hesitate too long after reaching your target, you may miss the ideal moment and lose potential earnings.
  2. Overbetting: Raising stakes mid‑session after a win can destabilize your bankroll.
  3. Lack of Breaks: Continuous rounds without rest increase fatigue and impair decision speed.
  4. Pursuing Losses: Following a loss by increasing bet size often leads to deeper troughs.

Avoid these by sticking to preset targets, bet sizes, and session limits.
